Vince Rachal is a native Houstonian who has always loved sports. The first Christmas gift he remembers is full pads football gear when he was 3. His first job was selling popcorn & peanuts at the Astrodome to make extra money but more importantly to watch all of the Houston Oilers,  Astros & University of Houston games that he could.  He was a three sport letterman in football, basketball & track, at St. Thomas High School. But his favorite sport was football in which he earned All-American honors his junior & senior year & 50 or so college scholarship offers. He chose Notre Dame in which he was a member of their National Championship team. He also coached at Rice University. He’s presently a successful businessman and is Houston’s newest radio talk show personality on KGOW 1560 THE GAME, Sundays from 6-8PM!
